Turmeric Smoothie Bowl:

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1 heaping tsp of Fancy Formulas turmeric collagen powder

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango, cubed

  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal

  • splash milk of choice

  • 1-2 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

  • blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

  • add more milk if needed.

  • add toppings like mango, crunchy granola, coconut flakes, etc. and enjoy!
