How does shipping work?

We do our best to ship out your orders as soon as possible.

Depending on where you're located, shipping speeds vary. Within the United States, you will typically receive your order within 3-5 business days. If you're outside the United States, shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Once we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking so you can follow the order during transit. Tracking oftentimes takes 1-2 days to update once we ship it out.

If you have any issues with delivery or the shipping address, please let us know. We are able to change the address before the order ships, but not after.

Where is my package and how do I track it? 

You should receive an email with tracking once your order is en route, typically by the next business day. You can also log-in to your account or contact us at hello@fancyformulas.com. 

What is the standard shipping time in the U.S.?

Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days once it is en route. This does not include weekends or holidays.

My package says it was delivered but I can't find it. What now?

The next step is to reach out to the local courier that made the final delivery. It is typical for DHL to hand off to the local courier(USPS in the US). You can find that tracking code in top right-hand box of your DHL Tracking.The local courier will be able to tell you if this was a mis-scan and can reach out to the courier on the route. If they are unable to help you locate the package please contact us at hello@fancyformulas.com.
